Building an AI-first company, in public

I am building AI FusionIQ Labs the way I tell clients to build: AI does the repeatable work, people make the judgment calls, and nothing runs on its own until it has earned it. These are notes from doing that — including the parts that did not work.

Where this comes from

I spent the last year running the experiment on my own company before I would put it in front of a client. That phase is behind me. What came out of it is a working operating model, six modules carrying real work, and a clear view of which decisions should never leave a person. These notes are what that year taught me, where the company stands now, and what I am building toward next. The model itself is on the Start Here page.
